It is also important that we realize that growth is intentional. Wee don't grow by simply living, by accident or chance. Growth is intentional. Some erroneously believe we grow automatically when we advance in years but that's not true at all. We have to be decisive and commuted to self growth.
You see, growth is directly linked to potential. Thank God we all have potential. However, we need to grow to reach and maximize our potential.
We also need to understand that Personal growth is simple but not necessarily easy. So, whether you feel like it or not, you need to grow, and your need to start right now. Some of us are waiting for the 'perfect time'. Truth is, it'll never come. The time to start growing is now. You need to start investing in yourself to become the best you can be.
Though the same principles of growth aplies to everyone, the specifics varies from person to person.
